All documents come from government sources obtained from the local university, local library or from the internet.

I have included the Blue Ribbon report and testimony of Mr. Bert Schreiber in the introduction. The Blue Ribbon report is an introduction to the problem of contamination on Guam done by the government of Guam. Mr Schreiber was a part of that report. I also helped in the compilation of documents of contamination. Much of the info I'm providing here has come to light after the Blue Ribbon Report.

Non-detected or ND just means the substance is there in small amounts, below MCL. You will see this entry throughout the well data. The tests for the wells shows what is in the water.
